easter brunch

Coming from someone who didn't grow up with a lot of family, and most of the family my sister and I had were beyond dysfunctional that you may not want to count them as 'family', I always was so appreciative of people that opened their homes to me on holidays.  And I can absolutely vouch for my sister and say she felt the same.

This Easter was the first in our new home and we hosted a 'Straggler Bunch Brunch' where 14 of our friends came and ate, drank, lounged, chatted and danced.  We have the best people in our life, in so many different communities and so many different walks of life.  So grateful for friends who became friends through other friends.
