INML started in 2017 when Brooke left her corporate sales career to build something of her own. Navigating infertility, a demanding travel schedule, and the pull toward something more meaningful, she took the scary leap and launched a business working with brands and influencers, growing entirely by word of mouth.
For six years she built, learned, and expanded. In 2023, one of her own clients asked her to come on full time to launch and grow their businesses. She said yes, absorbed everything she could, and came back even sharper, this time with a business partner.
Enter Sarah. A creative mastermind with years of social media development, execution, and operations under her belt, Sarah is the guru behind multiple large-follower accounts and the fresh energy that keeps INML ahead of the curve.
Brooke brings ageless experience. Sarah brings youthful trends. Together they are the best of both worlds.

Brooke is a consultant, strategist, planner, and doer with a fashion business background and over 9 years of experience working with influencer talent and brand management agencies. She has grown influencer revenue and launched 4 businesses and she brings every bit of that experience to your brand.
Creative StrategistSarah
Daughter, auntie times three, iced coffee in hand, and obsessed with the details. Sarah is a strategist and creative who has been integral in the growth of three Florida-based influencer brands. She is the mastermind behind commissionable growth, always brings a new idea to the table, and prides herself on finding unique ways to stay on-trend while staying true to each client's vision. Proactive, adaptable, and always a step ahead.
