confetti blondies

One always needs confetti and/or sprinkles on hand. So, while these blondies are ridiculously easy, add a little fun flare with fun sprinkles - they make anyone’s day…promise.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted

  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • fun sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.

  2. Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.

  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

  4. Add in the salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix until just combined.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips - taste :)

  6. Pour the batter into the prepped pan. Spread to cover the bottom of the pan.

  7. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until barely golden brown. Don’t over bake these babies!

  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle on allllllll of the sprinkles immediately so they set - cool completely. Pull the blondies out of the pan using the aluminum foil once completely cool. Slice and serve and eat ‘em ALL.
