confetti blondies
One always needs confetti and/or sprinkles on hand. So, while these blondies are ridiculously easy, add a little fun flare with fun sprinkles - they make anyone’s day…promise.
Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
fun sprinkles for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Add in the salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips - taste :)
Pour the batter into the prepped pan. Spread to cover the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until barely golden brown. Don’t over bake these babies!
Remove from the oven, sprinkle on allllllll of the sprinkles immediately so they set - cool completely. Pull the blondies out of the pan using the aluminum foil once completely cool. Slice and serve and eat ‘em ALL.
