pistachio rose white chocolate bark
Client Gifts. I mean, I start looking for ‘creative’ gifts in like JULY folks. I usually do something charity driven, pretty baked goods or wine, because duh, but this year I truly wanted to be CREATIVE and put some umph into it!
So I headed to Pinterest, naturally. I found this pretty little simple recipe and I thought, I would like that cause, photos, duh.
So I tried it out, and it’s lovely and pretty and S I M P L E. Grab some unique boxes, wrap with some fun ribbon (or yarn!) and violá, your gift will stand out! I am pretty darn happy with my work and I highly recommend this for gifting. SO PRETTY.
Enjoy loves! (recipe at the bottom of post)
Ingredients:
8 ounces white chocolate melting wafers (about 1 cup)
1 (4-oz.) white chocolate baking bar, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup coarsely chopped roasted and salted pistachios
Red and pink edible rose petals (I found mine on etsy)
Directions:
Step 1
Place melting wafers and chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, and stir. If not melted, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Spread mixture evenly on a 15- x 10-inch cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Top evenly with pistachios; sprinkle with rose petals, and gently press to adhere. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces.
