Ingredients:

8 ounces white chocolate melting wafers (about 1 cup)

1 (4-oz.) white chocolate baking bar, coarsely chopped

1/3 cup coarsely chopped roasted and salted pistachios

Red and pink edible rose petals (I found mine on etsy)

Directions:

Step 1

Place melting wafers and chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, and stir. If not melted, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.

Step 2

Spread mixture evenly on a 15- x 10-inch cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Top evenly with pistachios; sprinkle with rose petals, and gently press to adhere. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces.
